One morning, Oliver opened the front door and his dog, Biscuit, ran out into the street. Oliver called his name, but Biscuit did not come back. He was chasing a cat. Oliver looked for Biscuit in the park, but he was not there. He asked his neighbours, but nobody had seen the dog. Oliver was very worried. He made posters with Biscuit's photo and put them on lamp posts around the neighbourhood. Two days later, Oliver received a phone call from an old lady named Mrs. Green. She had found Biscuit in her garden. Oliver ran to her house. When he arrived, Biscuit jumped on him and licked his face. Mrs. Green said that Biscuit had been eating her flowers. Oliver thanked her many times and took Biscuit home.
