However, many experts are worried about the effects of smartphones on our health and social life. Studies show that people who spend more than four hours a day on their phones often have problems with their sleep. The blue light from phone screens can make it difficult to fall asleep at night. Additionally, some people become addicted to social media and cannot stop checking their phones. On the other hand, smartphones have many positive uses. They help students learn new languages through apps, they allow people to stay in touch with family members in other countries, and they can even save lives in emergency situations. The key is to use smartphones wisely and limit the time we spend on them each day.
